According to the survey count, there are approximately 475 deer located on the ranch with a mature buck count of around 125. If you're a bird hunter, you're in for a treat. The Triple 8 has extraordinary Dove (Whitewing & Morning) along with healthy populations of Quail and Turkeys! There are recreational possibilites for every type of hunter.

The ranch has been used for taking wounded veterans on hunting experiences through the Patriot Warrior Foundation. PWF has been able to showcase the freedom a ranch provides and the ability to give back to our men and women in uniform for many years.

The Triple 8 has a strategic road system maneuvering throughout the interior of the Game Fence along with a road that will allow you to drive the perimeter of the fence line. 

With a Whitetail herd like this, they’re going to need a strong supply of water. The Triple 8 is supplied with 2 water wells that provide 14-16 GPM. These wells pump through 3.5 +/- miles of underground pipe to 2 of the 4 surface ponds, and the 10,000 gal King Ranch Water-Trough.

 City water is provided by El Oso Water for the main Barndominium that stretches 3,600 +/- Sq feet with 7 beds and 6.5 bathrooms (all ADA compliant) with a full kitchen and spacious living/dining room.  The lodge is also equipped with an appealing covered back/front porch, great for throwing corn hole and grilling steaks!

The Triple 8 has a remarkable variety of soils and is flourished with over 22 types of different vegetation, cleared tillable acreage for planting winter wheat/rye/oats that provide ample amounts of natural feed for the superb herd.
